Hello! I am Jason Martell. A Product Design Leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling high-impact consumer and platform experiences across Meta, DoorDash, and Acorns. Known for navigating complex problem spaces end-to-end, designing systems that scale across surfaces and teams, and translating emerging technologies—AI, fintech, AR, crypto—into simple, trusted user experiences. A strong cross-functional partner with a consistent track record of product and business impact.

Based in Southern California, I’m also a husband and father to two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy surfing, public speaking, and exploring the wisdom and design of ancient cultures. I’ve always been driven by curiosity—constantly generating ideas, launching new ventures, and looking for patterns that connect the past to the future.
