Healthcare Subscription Service

I led the design process for a first-of-its-kind healthcare subscription platform that gives patients simple, transparent access to neurotoxin injections for facial wrinkle reduction.

My role spanned from early research and service blueprinting through to user flows, subscription packaging, and digital product design—ensuring patients could confidently manage treatments, track appointments, and access ongoing care with clarity and ease.

By designing a mobile healthcare subscription service, I helped bridge the gap between patients and providers during a time when in-office visits weren’t possible.

The platform empowered doctors to deliver neurotoxin treatments safely in people’s homes, while patients benefited from predictable pricing and a seamless booking experience. The outcome was a sustainable model that preserved patient access to care and kept providers financially stable through one of the most disruptive periods in modern healthcare.
