I led the design team in a collaborative and hands-on approach to bring the new rewards dashboard to life for Grass.

This included working closely with product, engineering, and UXR to define the vision, align on user needs, and rapidly iterate on design solutions. I encouraged open design reviews, shared ownership, and cross-functional input at every stage to ensure the final experience felt intuitive, scalable, and visually refined. The result was a rewards dashboard that positioned the product to target a broader audience by clearly communicating value and increasing engagement.

I used FigJam to lead several collaborative design reviews with co-founder designers, legal, and engineering to finalize the new rewards experience.

By facilitating cross-functional feedback sessions, we aligned on the design, messaging, and compliance requirements. We rolled out the experience to a limited audience to validate functionality and engagement before doing a full release, ensuring a smooth launch and broader appeal.
